We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on www.camilleandcompany.com within 5 days of receiving the product with the tags attached. Camille & Company merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy. Camille & Company has the right to refuse any returned item(s).
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return label at NO cost to you. Credits and refunds will be issued once the original merchandise is inspected and approved by Camille & Company.
For Wholesale Customers:
At Camille & Company, we take great pride in ourselves for the quality and fit of our clothes. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt store credit or exchange.
All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 14 calendar days upon receiving the order.
Store credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. Items must be returned in its original package. Please place a sticker over the damaged area. This will expedite your return process.
